Edusam

Edusam is a 2025 group project that turns educational video into an interactive, self-directed learning tool.

Long, one-way videos make it hard to isolate key ideas, ask questions, and check understanding. As a fullstack engineer, I built the chatbot experience and its interface interactions, developed the flashcard feature, and integrated the backend with Gemini so answers could stream into the conversation in real time.

With the team, the product also summarizes educational videos, holds contextual conversations about the learning content, and includes activities for revisiting and testing understanding.
